Hello from the IT Department!

You have been assigned a Frac Shack company email address; your credentials will be given to you by a member of the HR or IT team. If you have not received this information at this time, please email [email protected] for assistance.

It is recommended you change your password to something you can easily remember.

To do so go to https://portal.office.com/account/ click “Security & Privacy” then “Password”.

This login will give you access to a dedicated Frac Shack email address of your own, the ability to access our documents library online no matter where in the world you are and give you access to our new mobile application. Your Frac Shack account is used by a wide variety of software and programs throughout the organization. The security measures taken by you, including not sharing your password, leaving it somewhere accessible for someone else to see, or entering your information on a website that we don’t trust are what ensures the integrity of both your account and our organization.

Let’s get started…

Access your Email via Outlook:

On your company issued laptop, open Outlook by double clicking the icon on the desktop. If prompted to sign in, use your fracshack.com email address and the password you recently reset to get connected.

Access your Web Based Email (Computer, Phone or Tablet):

Open a web browser and enter https://outlook.office.com. On the login page, enter your login credentials and click sign in.

Access Email via Mobile App:

You can use a variety of email applications to access your email on your device, however we only recommend that you use a free app called Microsoft Outlook. We do not support and cannot guarantee your experience with any other application. The email application you choose must meet certain protocols to be allowed to access your mailbox.

Once you first download and install the Outlook app from your mobile device’s app store you will be asked for your email address and password. Depending on your specific department, specific additional security measures may be prompted for implementation. This ranges from setting up 2-factor authentication or using 3rd party security apps such as “Duo” to confirm your identity each time you sign into your account. Should you receive any messages regarding this, feel free to reach out to [email protected] or 1-833-448-3378 for assistance.

  • For quick, easy access to all our forms, manuals and procedures click on the link titled “Frac Shack Documents” scroll down to the bottom and then click “FRA-000 Master Document List”. This word file contains links to all the files you should ever need.
  • To access the master document list a little quicker, I have included a shortcut file in this email. Save it to your desktop and when you use it, it will take you directly to the Master Document List. You may be asked to login first.

Accessing SharePoint via Mobile App:

You can download the free SharePoint app on your phone or other mobile device from your

device’s app store, only Android, Apple (iOS) and Windows platforms are supported.
