How To Join a RingCentral Meeting

For Users with RingCentral Account

1. Open RingCentral Meetings in your desktop or Mobile


          Desktop Moblie

 

2. Click Sign-In

 

 

3. Click Single-Sign On

 

 

 

4. Type-in your email address then Submit

 

 

5. Once, logged in. Click Join

 

6. Type in the Meeting ID (1494737125) > Join

*you can find the id in the link – ex. https://meetings.ringcentral.com/j/1494737125

 

 

7. A window will pop-up, click join with Computer Audio.


 

 

 

For Users without RingCentral Account

  1. Download the RingCentral Meeting app by clicking the link you got
  2. Download and Run
  3. Type in your Name

        4. Join

 

For Mobile Users without RingCentral Account

  1. Download RingCentral Meetings in Apple Store (iOs) or Play Store (Android)
  2. Open the RingCentral Meetings app
  3. Type in Meeting ID and your Name then Join

 

       4. Join with internet audio

 

      5. You are now in the Meeting
