Ring Central New User Setup:
- Go to https://service.ringcentral.com
- Click Single Sign on and login with your FracShack Credentials
3. Go to Admin Portal and Click Users.
4.Then go to ‘Unassigned Extensions’ under ‘Users’ tab.
5. Click on any of the Unassigned phone to add a new user.
6. Fill in the New User information and provide the next assigned extension. Then click Set Up User.
Please also make sure to check the Setup options as in the screenshot below.
7. You will see the confirmation message below that the user has been created and is moved to the ‘Users with Extension’ tab. An invitation email will also be sent to user to set up Ring Central.
8. You can see that user in ‘Users with Extension’ Tab now under ‘Users’ as below
9. After creating the user, please set up correct timings for them as below :
Go to ‘Users’ tab and search your new user created under ‘Users with Extensions’ tab. Then please follow the screenshots below:
Click on Username
Then click on User Details
Then Click on Settings and Permissions and click Edit on Regional Settings
Change Time Zone to Mountain Time (US & Canada) and click Save
10. At the user end, a Welcome email will be sent to user where they can Register by setting a 6-digit pin and confirming the emergency address. Emergency address is the FracShack address of that location. Then the user is good to use Ring Central.
